Project one liner
Type & Image Composition Sketchbook. Tasked with creating a sketchbook of ten graphic compositions that visually express different winter pattern experiences. Each spread features a photo-graphic collage on the left page and type-graphic elements on the right page, capturing the essence of winter patterns through a combination of images, letter forms, and storytelling.
What tools and skills were involved
I utilized the Adobe Creative Suite to design and develop ten graphic compositions following a winter pattern. I was able to emphasize my strengths and proficiencies using Illustrator and Photoshop.
The context
This project was completed as a part of my Introduction to Visual Communication Design II course. Throughout the course, I gained valuable insights into the relationship between type and image. It challenged me to consider the messages that can be conveyed in compositions and how I can effectively communicate them visually in each project.
