Garden is a card game where players cultivate vibrant digital gardens through strategic card plays and augmented reality. Acquire QR codes to influence growth, compete with friends, and witness your garden thrive in the palm of your hand.
This project was developed within my Collaborative Studio course. I worked with Sharon Longdong (3rd year Industrial), Bekka Ranalli (4th year VC), and Sarah Bonnett (4th year Interior). Each of us took on diverse roles throughout each project. Our collaborative approach along with diverse exploration and interests enabled us to grow and excel together.
This class is structured as an opportunity to begin learning about the intersections of interests, relevant emerging technologies, and the potential impacts on the design field.
We were tasked with choosing unfamiliar emerging technologies and visualizing how they connect with our interests and the future of design. Collaboratively creating visual representations of the space of topics and problems based on our elected topics. We were expected to complete this assignment by using familiar making tools and to emphasize the breadth of exploration and ideation over the final and refined outcomes.
Throughout this project, I utilized Adobe Illustrator to enhance my design proficiency by creating card designs and characters focusing on creating a cohesive branded concept. This experience served as a valuable opportunity for skill refinement and development in visual communication.
